Buyer reviewI have worked with Mary Mauger on the sale and/or purchase of 3 other homes. Finding a different type of home than what I am used to was a huge challenge in this very challenging market. We had to be quick competing against multiple offers and Mary was just that. Communication was quick and concise and the process pre- and post-purchase (inspection, etc) was helped by Mary's calming presence and understanding of what was needed. I don't anticipate moving again in the near future; but when and if I do Mary will be the first person I contact.

I never felt like I didn't know what was going on or clueless on what I was supposed to do next. If there was anything that needed to be done, she would offer to do it for us. After hearing what a nightmare buying a home can be, she really made it feel surprisingly easy.
