This was my first home buying experience and didn't know what to learn first or where to begin. I was lost. It was like drinking water through a fire hose. But then I met Gail. She was so patient, understanding, passionate, to the point, and knowledgeable about the Madison area. She told me all about what to be on the lookout for, what to avoid, and helped me every step of the way from my first initial home walkthrough to closing day. She kept up to date on our texts and reminded me of important deadlines. She is also very well-connected with local lenders and contractors to help assist in later remodeling and repairs for your home. I'm proud to say that after my sixth attempt, I closed on my first ever home. I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent. Though finding this home was not easy, Gail urged me to stay patient, and trust that it will happen. Well, it did.
