We used a previous realtor for our first 2 home purchases. We had a feeling and decided to do something different and call Joe. We've known him since college and saw how successful he has been and how fast he is growing and honestly we wanted to be on that train for the buy and sale of our homes. We called him and immediately started the whole process. I explained to him this will be our last move for a very long time and this next house could not cut any corners. It had to check every box. Joe made our buying & selling experience incredible. He treated the situations as if it was his own home. He is not only friendly but extremely knowledgeable about the real estate world! He just didn't find us a house he made sure that it was perfect to make it a home for our family!
