Seller reviewUsed Katie Lewis for many years as our property manager since we live in N.J. and was not in S.C. but a few weeks a year and rented unit through her and with Richard Lewis of the Greg Harrelson Group being her husband got to know each and that was the way to go. Was approached by a Realtor and dealt with Leonard Call previously the on-site Realtor at Ocean Creek and was happy with them but still the only way to go for my Wife and I was through Richard with the relationship that we formed through Katie. Extremely happy we did in fact use The Greg Harrelson Group especially because we feel we received very fair compensation in the sale and it took all of a little over a week to sell.
