We explained our situation and after a lengthy discussion Mike had enough of our questions answered the we felt at ease to move forward with searching and purchasing our new home. Mike took my wife and I out on many tours to view many many homes. He printed listings for each house and put them in a binder. This made the vetting process so much easier. Once we settled on a home and moved on the the purchasing process Mike was always available to answer questions or get the answers if he didn't immediately know. Thanks to Mike this whole home-buying event was made easier and rather fun. I would recommend Mike to anyone in the market for a new home. He has many years of experience and is a pleasure to work with. There are many realtors out there. Mike is the exception and will do 110% to make sure you are satisfied.
