I really appreciated that she attended the walk through sessions for our new construction and the design session where we chose our many options. She caught a number of issues that I missed in the walk throughs and was very helpful in insuring the design features we chose would have a positive effect on potential resale value.

Buyer reviewWe were looking for a property in Carmel's City Center area, and found one on Zillow that we liked. We were in California, and contacted Shannon Lyons through Zillow. She was very responsive to our request for a showing of the property with our son. They were touring the property within a day or two and providing photographs and feedback. While that property didn't work out, Shannon continued to help us until we found the perfect condo for our needs. We were able to work together to make the purchase and work through a quick closing. Shannon was always available for questions or concerns. With the time-zone difference, we called her quite late a couple of times. She was always available to help no matter the time. I totally recommend Shannon. She was great for us and will be for you too!
