Seller reviewAfter having had our home on the market for over 8 months with another Realtor, we decided to switch to Virginia Hennigar. Within the first 2 weeks, she hosted an Open House, moved our yard sign to a better location, created a Facebook campaign, and had several leads from her own prospecting. After only 4-5 weeks, we had an offer, which she skillfully negotiated the very low offer to an acceptable number. She was really great to work with, answering all our questions, and was an absolute pleasure to work with.
