Mallori is very helpful and polite. She would answer questions at anytime of the day or night. and if she did not know off the top of her head she would find the answer I was looking for and get back to me in a timely manner. I have already put Mallori name out there to friends and family that are looking for agents. she made it a very easy experience and was very helpful. I really appreciate everything she did to help make it a smooth process, even after closing and following up on repairs that needed to be made. (Windows) I would defiantly use Mallori again in the future.
