Buyer reviewJosh was just what we needed in a realtor. He was patient with us as we searched for the home we didn't know we wanted and helped us all along the way. He was very knowledgeable and definitely knew his stuff which meant he was able to answer any question we had or give us advice on anything we were considering. He was always accessible and was very responsive anytime we contacted him. Add to that, he was fun to work with! We'll miss seeing him so often.

However, I didn't expect Josh to go above and beyond in be so attentive to my needs and accessible at almost any time of day. Josh made this process (which, from what I hear, can be like pulling teeth) fun and simplified in terms I could easily understand. One thing that is simple, but has been very awesome with showing me he cares is, weekly contact to ensure we are comfortable with the process and didn't have any questions. I would recommend Josh to anyone looking for a home and know he would offer the same excellent service he offered me.
