Buyer reviewWe were lucky enough to have Kim Schneider answer our cold call when we were looking to relocate to Delaware. We chose Century 21 because of it's well known reputation. Kim was knowledgeable about the many different areas we looked at homes in. She thoroughly researched each home we were scheduled to tour. When we chose a new build, she assisted us in every step of the process. She patiently answered what must have amounted to hundreds of questions, about the area, the building process, the settlement process, absolutely everything. She proved to be invaluable to us. She is a true asset to Gold Key, and anyone lucky enough to have her represent them is a very lucky person indeed. I would recommend Kim Schneider (and already have) to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Buyer reviewKim was amazing. We are from out of state (not anymore thanks to Kim) and we called a local realtors office, and were assigned Kim at random. She was very quick with responses, finding us houses that met our criteria and setting up appointments. She would even try to set up appointments for houses that came up while we were touring to maximize our time. Kim was very on top the paperwork or things that needed to be done and was constantly in touch either via phone calls or text. She expressed her professional opinions that were clearly based on experience and was always in our corner, fighting for what she thought we needed. She dedicated a lot of time looking for listings and when our original offer fell through, she immediately found 9 houses for us to look at within 2-3 days. She came prepared with stats/paperwork and did research prior to meeting so when we had questions she had answers. She helped make a stressful process less chaotic. Kim went above and beyond what most realtors would do and we truly cannot say enough good things about her. We will 100% recommend her to anyone looking to move to Delaware!
