Her cheery attitude kept us in high spirits even during longer tours. In addition to helping us find a home, she was always available whenever we needed her for questions. And, when we had to submit an offer before 5 pm on a Friday, she worked late hours for us to make it happen. Never pushy, and always professional, Kathy helped take away the stresses of the home-buying process. We will definitely seek Kathy's services again!

Kathy was instrumental in finding sites, setting up appointments, asking the proper questions, being on all the calls/meetings and suggesting providers to use for services in Delaware, both for the closing and beyond. Kathy was always available, any time of day or any day of the week and made the buying process easy. This was our first purchase in over 20 years and it being out of state made it twice as difficult.
