Buyer reviewIf you want an excellent real estate agent Kate is who you want. I lived across state lines in Texas and needed a real estate agent that was very knowledgeable about the area schools, neighborhoods, and Kate was my eyes when I couldn't be there. She negotiated the terms with excellence, and got us the house that we love. We are really appreciative for all that she did and she took care of every single detail from beginning to end with excellent communication. Again this was so vital since I could not be there until the last final day of closing. We will definitely be using her again.

We visited approximately 30 homes and probably researched over twice that many online, and she was patient and attentive throughout, leveraging her market knowledge to refine our search criteria and letting us know what features were most likely to meet our needs. She also was a creative and fearless advocate on our behalf when we got to contract/inspection negotiations. One of the best we've worked with in 30 years of home-buying.
