I trusted Kevin to act on my behalf to details needing attention, as I live out of state. Lani was always timely and efficient in her communications with contracts and documents. Kevin is very knowledgable and made this purchase possible. I bought my cabin in Alaska that I've always wanted, and made a new friend as a bonus.

Buyer reviewWe started working with Kevin and Lani before we were really ready to purchase a home in Alaska. They always had great communication with us and promptly answered questions as they arose. When I flew from AZ to AK to look at properties, they were very organized and had an entire day of looking at houses scheduled for when we arrived. Although we were pre-approved for a loan from a lender in AZ, and the loan process was supposed to be quick, the exact opposite was reality. The process was painfully slow and frustrating and through it all, Kevin and Lani were so patient and helped in any way they could (including talking to the lender frequently and fielding many calls from the anxious seller). Ultimately, we changed lenders to someone recommended by Kevin and Lani and thank goodness we did! less than 45 days from start to finish and we FINALLY closed on our dream home. Lani and Kevin made a stressful situation bearable. They definitely earned their commission!!
