Buyer reviewWe were referred by a friend who we trust to use Kevin and Lani Lauver. I then called and spoke with Kevin and felt that they would be the best for an out of state transaction! Considering that there were some challenges due to sellers and buyers all being out of state! I would definitely refer anyone to Kevin and Lani Lauver! They are very knowledgeable, direct and helpful. They went above and beyond! With a long distance move, we are relocating to Soldotna AK from La Plata MO. This has been a wonderful experience, especially since the only thing in Alaska was the house! You will not find better agents for buying or selling your property!

Driving the extra distance to the cabin for showings and checking on it we're never an issue (I thought it might be after talking to other realtors). She was patient with us as we looked at lots of homes because we were very particular in what we were looking for. She helped us through every step of the buying process. She was extremely understanding of our circumstances because we live out of state and had to do all of the paperwork electronically. We will use Lani in the future for all of our realtor needs.
