Buyer reviewOk, we all know this market is crazy and you need someone to listen, guide, and have your best interests in mind throughout a home buying process. With all these things in mind, my husband and I would not even consider having anyone else as our agent. Suzan is so knowledgeable about the market and easily explained every question we had. Suzan is also a very kind, patient, and professional. Even after the sale, if something needs to be done and you don't know where to begin, Suzan knows someone that can help. We have used her recommendations with a few homes now and I never have to worry about quality work. A home purchase can be absolutely exhausting so hire someone that can navigate easily through the process, someone you can have absolute trust in, and a person that always shows up with a smile... call Suzan!

The brokers, agents and staff are the best in the business and we trust them implicitly. Suzan Mascall and Kosh went above and beyond to sell my property which is standard practice for them! We knew the market was hot so they did research to know just where to price it for my best interest. They also carefully reviewed and screened the offers as they came in and gave me all the important factors to consider when making that choice. Prior to listing, I had a tough time getting some maintenance items taken care of and they personally went and took care of it themselves, taking a huge load off my shoulders. From consultation to final close, they managed every aspect of the sale extremely efficiently and made it so easy for me! I highly recommend their services for anyone looking to buy or sell real estate! Suzan and Kosh have the most respectful and caring manner.
