Seller reviewSteve really did a great job negotiating on our part. We had multiple offers and he went over them thoroughly with us and took his time explaining each offer. We also had an escalation clause in one offer and he walked us through that and advised us on what would be best in his opinion. Very knowledgeable in real estate and in the area.
