This sale was a probate property of a deceased relative. Marty was very sensitive to the situation and the challenges that presented. I followed her recommendations and as a result the house sold for way more than expected. She and her staff kept me up to date at all time. They made the process, understandable, timely and a very positive experience. I would definitely call on Marty again in the future.
