Team Profile
Both have lived on St. George Island for 30 years. Mason came to the island and started a construction company, which he had for 15 years, and has been selling real estate since. Marilyn came from an Interior Design career and has been in real estate on the island for the last 27 years.
Because of their building experience they offer a special talent for site selection, permitting, remodeling ideas, or any other questions our clients might have.

Simply said, the Island could not function nearly as well or be the welcoming and wonderful place it is without them. This directly impacts their performance as realtors. They know more about what is happening on the Island than any other soul. They are involved in the government of the county, promote charitable causes and organize social functions. Because of this, they know what is happening and likely to happen in the real estate market and, in some ways make the market. These are two remarkable and wonderful people. There was little question who I would contract with to sell my house, despite the fact that there are many good realtors on the Island, some friends among them. Throughout the process, I had complete confidence in this team. When we hit some snags during the inspection process, they were right there and handled the situation positively. I am truly glad I had them to help me through this sale and would recommend them highly to anyone interested in property in Franklin County.
