We decided to utillize Matt Freeman and his team due to their expert knowledge of not only Firethorne but Katy/Fulshear as a whole combined with the fact that we knew other people that had very positive feedback with their experiences as well. Matt was able to list our home with multiple showings on the first day and we had mutliple offers over asking price within a few days. During the entire process Matt was supportive, never showed signs of being under pressure during negotiations AND at the end of the day he exceeded our expectations. Susan Branson was also involved in the purchase of our new home and we truly enjoyed working with her as well. She knows her stuff, plays hard ball wtih negotiations but is also fun and light hearted. The buying and selling of houses are high on my list of stressful situations but Matt and Susan both worked to make the best out of the situation and as enjoyable as it could be. At the end of the day, they want what is truly best for their buyers and sellers. As they say, home is where the heart is and for us...that could not be true and we are now living in our "forever dream home" thanks to Matt & Susan! I give my highest recommendation for Matt, Susan and Kristin as well- they are truly industry experts and could not recomment their team enough!

Matt and Kristin are a great team. I am not saying that they wouldn't do just as good a job in another neighborhood, but they are as close to experts as you will find for Firethorne homes. We sold our home for over asking price in 4 days. I don't know what else you could ask for. They were always accessible and available, even to investigate why an inspector showed up without an appointment when we weren't home (the other realtor didn't schedule it).
