I had contacted Nancy Kimball at your office &; she referred me to Chris &; Kristin as she was retiring. They immediately arranged a convenient time for me to look at my property. From the moment I met them, I knew they were a perfect match for me. They were very knowledgeable about the neighborhood, came fully prepared, were very attentive, genuine & knew they had my interests at heart in getting the property sold. They provided resources for me to get rid of some unwanted items & a lawn service to handle upkeep of the yard. The fact that they are an absolutely adorable couple & great team sealed the deal. He went above & beyond in all aspects of the process. The closing was delayed three times due to financing issues of my buyer's buyer. He went to bat for me in trying to keep things on track. He arranged for me to sign my portion of the closing papers ahead of time as I was not able to make the final closing date. There was an unexpected water leak in my basement right before our first open house & Chris was right there to help make sure it would get taken care of. I was so stressed on so many levels throughout the process & he/they were always right there with solutions, kindness & understanding. There aren't enough words to describe how wonderful my experience was with Chris & Kristin. I had contacted another realtor prior to choosing Century 21. They were't knowledgeable about my specific neighborhood & wanted me to list well below market value. Chris listed the proper asking price & was able to negotiate a full asking price offer!

Chris kept me calm during a very stressful time. He kept assuring me that everything was going to be fine. His promptness and communication, not to mention his personality was fantastic.
