    This was my first time selling a house. Deb McLoughlin & Roe Sommer Team were excellent through the whole process. They always maintained a professional manner and were clearly determined to help my husband and I get the most value for our townhouse. Roe made sure we understood all of the paperwork we were signing, going through it with both of us. She gave us a timeline of the sale and came through even when we had to slip the dates a little. Both Deb and Roe provided excellent advice on staging our house. They were both present at the open house. The Deb McLoughlin & Roe Sommer Team are excellent! They love what they do and are very knowledgeable about the neighborhood. We received 8 offers on our house and sold for more than we expected! I highly recommend them for selling your house.

    I would recommned Deb and Roe highly since they accomplished getting the house sold well past the end of the normal sales season, and in spite of working with non-motivated sellers who showed no flexibilty on discuss price. Obviously, this did not make their job any easier but they didn't kick us to the curb but kept on actively trying to sell the property. The final result was a sale price that was acceptable and a good working relationship with Deb and Rpe throughout the process.

    The bottom line up front is that Deb and Roe are an outstanding team - we were extraordinarily lucky to have them as our agents and we would fully endorse them for any real estate needs. After meeting with Deb and Roe, they worked together to understand our wants and needs. They worked with us to ensure we arrived at a good decision to build a new home. After signing a contract to build a new house - in which we had to go in with a contingent offer - we knew we had to get to work to list our property and get it sold quickly. This is a stressful situation, but Deb and Roe walked us through the entire process to put us at ease. They brought research material to the table to enable us to make an informed decision on the right price point to list our property. They answered all of our questions, ensured we had a solid understanding, and never pushed us in one direction or another. With the right price point, a great marketing plan, friendly staging advice, open houses, and consistent communication, we were able to receive two offers and close on our property in a timely fashion. With their expert guidance, friendly demeanor, and positive focus, Carrie and I were able to focus on actually enjoying the entire process - not stressing over it. Carrie and I also want to thank Deb and Roe for helping us overcome an adventurous closing experience. They both came to our closing while the buyers agent did not. Despite several issues (from the buyers perspective) on the home inspection, Deb and Roe were able to tactfully explain the contractual obligations of the buyer and seller, articulate the compromises that Carrie and I made to meet their concerns. Deb and Roe both professionally, but firmly, explained to the buyers that we would not be making any more concessions. The closing date was not the negotiation table - and Deb and Roe diffused this situation in such a fashion that we could press forward and finish the closing process. They are truly a unique tandem and we cannot imagine going through this process without this team. Thank you so much!
