Seller reviewSteve and Skye were great. When issues arose they handled them promptly and did a great job at offering advice while at the same time trying to understand our view. There were some issues with the inspection and Steve and Skye went above and beyond in doing everything they could to close this deal. It would not have happened without their relentless effort and, in the end, all sides were happy.

My husband and I were apprehensive of buying/selling with a realtor after working with other realtors before and selling our last two homes as a "for sale by owner". We were impressed right away at his proactiveness in figuring out how to put an offer on a home that was asking for a well to be put in and the costs that cames along with it. Initially, we thought the home was out of our reach for us with the requirements but Steve called around and figured out how we could still make an offer on the home within our budget. He was professional, proactive, timely and knowledgeable in every step of the buying and selling process. As our lender told us, "You can't be in the real estate business for over 20 years without being good at what you do". He was right. Steve and Skye were wonderful! They make a great team and are worth every penny.
