Seller reviewWe have worked with Danielle through the selling of two homes. She has been very through in her communication. Danielle is always prompt to respond to any questions or concerns. She is very knowledgeable about the market and listed our home (and then sold it too!) at a great price point. We are moving out of state but should we ever return to the area, we will definitely be reaching out to Danielle!

Seller reviewIn addition to the comments listed above I wish to add that Danielle Kaiser was also instrumental in helping us find and purchase the lot we eventually built our new house on. She was able to take all our wants for a new home location and find the perfect lot! Her help in moving us forward with the build on our new home and an excellent understanding of the market and what we could expect for our existing home was invaluable. With her help, we were able to build/move into our dream home and do it in a timely, well executed manner. .

Throughout the entire buying and selling process, he was always available for us... quick to respond to our questions via text, email or by phone... we were able to sell and close on the old house and the new one effortlessly... couldn't ask for a better realtor. We highly recommend Adam for all your buying and selling needs!

We were impressed by her knowledge and expertise throughout the process of buying, so we wanted to work with her again when selling our house. Danielle has been excellent to work with. She made the process of buying our house and selling of our condo easy. Danielle is on top of all the paper work, etc and makes sure that everything is taken care of in a timely fashion. Danielle was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I might have had. Being semi unfamiliar with the process of buying and selling, Danielle made it easy and explained all the technical terms and the timeline of the process. Danielle was always very professional and made sure we had great communication throughout the entire process. Danielle Kaiser and Adam Paul make a great team, we really enjoyed working with them both and would highly recommend them!
