Buyer reviewMike has been my go to guy for both my houses now. He got my brother his first house and then his second home once he out grew his first one. My parents went through him as well. They are the only people I would trust when it comes to buying a home. I have very good friends that are in the real estate business and I will still go with Mike. He's very professional and did whatever it took to make sure he answered every question I had.

Seller reviewMike Syrette is a man of his word. He always showed up on time was knowledgeable and friendly and yet seemed like you were dealing with an old family friend. He always kept us informed of everything that was going on call this immediately if there was something we need to do dealt one on one with our lender which is very helpful to them and us. I would recommend Mike to any of my friends or family because he was honest and did what he said

He had a great backup plan in case any offer fell through, which the first one did. We had called several realtors in the area, but they were the only ones that took the extra step to follow through and send a note with their business card. He explained each step clearly and in great detail, along with the logic and reasoning behind it.
