This is for Marlene Miller. Its long, but all true! So, trust was key for us. We wanted someone we felt we could trust. Someone who understood how important, and also scary, becoming a first time home buyer was for us. Because we were first time home buyers, we wanted to feel secure and comfortable that our agent would be looking out for our best interests at all times. Marlene was fantastic, and was everything we were looking for and more in an agent. Throughout the entire process, we felt we could trust her and felt she used her knowledge to guide us and allow us to make the right choice in regards to what home made sense for us as a family. She listened to our needs, and was attentive and easily accessible. She responded quickly when we had questions, and helped our closing process move smoothly. Marlene explained the entire process for us. At no point did we feel lost or alone. She got us the house we really wanted, and there was lots of attention and bids on it too! Once we received the good news that our offer was accepted, the closing timeline she gave us really helped break down all the next steps we needed to take. We really liked that feature. We also appreciated all of her recommendations, from mortgage broker, to attorney, and we know we can reach out to her in the future for other recommendations! We cannot say enough about Marlene's stellar performance. She was fantastic in all around (friendly, knowledgeable, polite, prompt, etc), but the biggest, most important trait to us was trustworthy. We absolutely trust Marlene, and will definitely reach out to request her expertise for future home buying and selling needs we may have. Our families both live out of state, but we would absolutely recommend Marlene to them if they were buying in MA. We will be sure to recommend her to our friends in state who need a real estate agent. Overall, we were extremely satisfied by Marlene Miller's service. She went above and beyond for us. There was one open house that was cancelled, without properly advertising the agent was not showing the house that day, and we showed up very confused as to why no one was at the house. Marlene was able to reach the agent, and was able to show us that house on that same day. We are SO happy Dave Ramsey's ELP service recommended Marlene and Century 21 MetroWest to us. Marlene was fantastic - she really went the extra mile for us (even facetiming a showing to us while we were on vacation) and coming up with clever strategies to get us the best price in a really tough market. Now we're in a house we love - thanks Marlene!
