We purchased our first house with Mr. Katt in 2018, and when we were ready to upsize we went back to him for buying & selling and would not have considered working with anyone else. Mr. Katt is the best of the best. He has immense knowledge of real estate, of the Indianapolis suburban region, and takes all of his clients wants and needs to heart. He is kind and approachable. He points things out in houses that we never would have thought of. He does his research and knows everything about every house he walks through (and for our search this time, there were a LOT of them). It was a long process to find the perfect house for us to buy, but he kept us thinking positive, was never pushy, and we never felt rushed. In selling our home, Mr. Katt was right on point with the asking price / appraisal value. He fights for his clients best interests and we always felt he had our best interests at heart when it came time for negotiations. It would be difficult to find another person who truly exemplifies every single one of the characteristics you would look for in a realtor, but Mr. Katt does it.
