When I first spoke to Rick on the phone, I was very specific about my needs and what I wanted my next steps to be. I had already seen a listing online that was perfect for me and Rick moved quickly to set up a showing. During the telephone conversation, Rick made me very comfortable about the process of purchasing my first home and was willing to accommodate me.
