This is my second experience with Century21 when selling a house after trying other realtor companies. Each time has been a success. Thank you Nick Termini and at Century21 Judge Fite. Having a knowledgable and successful track record helped me make the selection. He was also easy to speak with, responsive, and accessible.

Lori was great, so attentive and thoughtful! I'd recommend her to anyone. She was the perfect realtor. We loved working with her. Nick, the team leader, was great too. Very knowledgeable, prompt and responsive to all our needs.

Nick listed our land and we moved out of state the next day. He kept me posted and I never felt like we nor our land was forgotten by anyone. He knows his job inside and out, personable, strong handshake, handsome, communicative, easily reached, made negotiations and closing a breeze, and earned his commission. Century21 has a rare jewel in this world full of folks with their head in the sand. Thanks Nick!

Nick was my buying agent for 3-4 months as we relocated across country. He was always prompt to reply via phone, text, or email. Because we were out of state, he took video walkthroughs of our top homes and ended up checking in on our purchased home during repairs. He also checked in periodically to see where we were at with selling out home and post-closing on new home. He had a good understanding of what my family was looking for in a home and community and continuously provided insight into different areas that we were looking at. In an effort to help educate and allow me to make the best decision, he always provided additional detail and explanation when talking with sales agents/builders. He was also present (and early) to our walk throughs and helped identify blemishes/defects in each home we toured. During closing, he helped explain a few documents and times specific to TX. Will be contacting Nick next time I need a realtor.

Nick Termini is a great realtor, he is always polite, curtious, and knows his business. He's good at getting back to you in a timely manner. Nick definitely knows the real estate business. He was able to answer all of our questions, get any information that we needed and is fun and very personable to work with.
