Tom and Sheila provided us with excellent guidance very early on in the selling process. When we were first considering selling our home in Cranford, Tom gave us honest advice as to how best to price the home to sell and when it would be best to put the house on the market. When we were finally ready Tom and Sheila swung into action with a time table for the "coming soon" to the official listing. Communication was excellent, Tom and Sheila contacted us anytime a showing was scheduled and provided us with feedback as to the level of interest from the showings as well as the open house. When we received some offers, they outlined the pros and cons of the offers so that we could make an informed decision. Tom and Sheila were with us every step of the way and did a lot of hand holding when we felt stressed by the selling process.
