I received a promotion from work, and needed to relocate fairly quickly. I reached to to Patrick to see if he was able to take me on as a client. He reached back within 60min and scheduled a walk through of our place. The next day gave me pointers to list it. The next day we listed and had 7 showings that day. We received an offer over asking from that first day. We accepted! He sent us several properties in the area we were looking, all with the accommodations we requested.
