Buyer reviewMolly came highly recommended by our daughter and son-in-law so we didn't look to anyone else. Molly was out of town when we made our offer and signed the agreement. She had made arrangements for another agent to take care of us while she was gone. Molly was an absolute joy to work with. She was very responsive to all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure that we had all of the information that we needed. After our loan was approved, Molly arranged an extra showing so that we could have someone come and measure for carpeting. She was very quick to see that all the details of our broken mailbox were taken care of in a timely manner. We had two other agents show us properties. Both were very prompt, knowledgable and pleasant. The office staff person was also very nice when I needed to drop off paperwork at the office in Carmel. Molly has a warm and outgoing personality but is not at all overbearing. She's a very caring person and truly wants the very best outcome for her clients.
