Ben went above and beyond for me. He was amazing. With housing market the way it is right now. We were at showings within hours of my request. He also explained things to me and showed me different things in the houses. He was open and honest about things. He made feel like someone was looking out for me and on my side. He was just amazing. Ben was on top of things! He never tried to play the I don't know game or pass blame game. If he didn't know the answer he reached out to someone to find the answer. If something went wrong, which only one thing did, he took responsibility for it and it wasn't even his fault. It was the other realtor's fault, for not letting the client know we were coming. If I had questions, even if I thought they were dumb, Ben would answer and explain it to me. He worked with my crazy schedule. He encouraged me to shop around for lender. He was just great. I selected Ben because I knew I could trust him. He was very knowledgeable about the process of buying a home. I knew he was going to treat me like a person not a check. I had another agent in past just push paperwork through and not actually give me time or effort. I knew Ben would give me time and effort. By far Ben is the best agent I have ever dealt with.
