Ben went above and beyond for me. He was amazing. With housing market the way it is right now. We were at showings within hours of my request. He also explained things to me and showed me different things in the houses. He was open and honest about things. He made feel like someone was looking out for me and on my side. He was just amazing. Ben was on top of things! He never tried to play the I don't know game or pass blame game. If he didn't know the answer he reached out to someone to find the answer. If something went wrong, which only one thing did, he took responsibility for it and it wasn't even his fault. It was the other realtor's fault, for not letting the client know we were coming.
