Seller reviewWe have dealt with Ms. Pratt Calle on many different properties, as well as other agents in the past, there hasn't been anyone for this area close to Ms. Pratt Calle regarding knowledge with pricing, marketing and understanding potential buyers. Regarding her professional manner when it comes to communications, Ms Pratt Calle is clearly above most agents, she will immediately forward any needed correspondence to both parties (and their attorneys) and she works for you all hours of the day. She makes sure every 'i' is dotted and 't' is crossed when it comes to any legal documents that's need to be executed and because of this the sale will go smoothly. We are active investors in this area, and we plan on using Ms. Pratt Calle more in the future .

She made the anxiety causing process of buying a first home very manageable with her friendly demeanor. She also really knew the area I was looking into (Revere) and was excellent at understanding my needs. I would recommend her to anyone.

Seller reviewPeggy Pratt Calle was the way to go, from the get-go! We knew that now was the time to sell... We could capitilze on the market trends and not have to worry about a long process. We did reach out to three realtors. We had previously purchased the same house, with Peggy Pratt, ten years ago, so she already had a step up on the others. She was very knowledgeable of the area, and trends of the market. She was not pushy, or demanding of how we wanted to sell. We like to be able to discuss pricing and marketability strategies, rather than be told what we "need" to do. She was very helpful in this aspect. Once we decided on Peggy, we had a plan in place, and put on the market and sold it in under 3 weeks from when we first met, less than a week after the open house. We are very happy with the end result, and hope to utilize Peggy's expertise in the future.

Seller reviewI researched extensively before selecting Peggy as my realtor. I thought she did exactly what she stated she would and I think it was key that she was bi lingual. I liked that she had one telephone # and one email address too and she was quick to return messages. I would and have just recently recommended her. All of my old neighbors wrote her name and number down.
