Seller reviewMary Beth Rich did an outstanding job! She gets very high marks for her professionalism, patience and follow through . We were pleased with the way the property was presented. As a result, we had a very timely sale at the asking price. Mary Beth was also excellent in the way she handled all aspects of the sale of my mother's property and having to deal patiently with several family members ! Brandy had helped us with with our first home rental and we had full trust in her proceeding with the first home purchase. Brandy was patient, kind and helpful in so many ways. We looked at over 20 houses and she was there for us whenever we needed. She acted as a realtor, friend and a mother at times (my wife and I tend to get off track).
