Seller reviewWe worked with Eric through a relocation company when selling our house. We chose Eric over the other realtor because he was very responsive and went the extra mile to earn our business. Eric was extremely responsive through text message and also offered to stage our home for 2 months since we moved before our house was put up for sale. Eric also provided us with names of contractors that performed excellent work on our home at a reasonable price. There was a significant amount of negotiation and paperwork associated with the relocation company and Eric did an excellent job of handling all the details. We were very happy with Eric as a realtor and would recommend him to anyone planning to sell in the Carmel area.

Buyer reviewI called because Deanna had a property listed that I wanted some info on and maybe have her show me that property and a few more. I was very lucky I made that call. Deanna helped us with the purchase of our home and also gave us advice on the sale of our old one in a different state when that agent could not be bothered. Deanna was with us every step of the way. She even went out and looked at houses for us. Her attention to detail is amazing. Deanna was patient when our loan company was very slow at communicating progress. She was great at keeping in contact with the buyer and keeping him positive as well.
