Seller reviewSharon has represented me as both a buyer and a seller in the past and based on those excellent experiences, I didn't even consider using any other agent for my recent sale. She handled this sale skillfully in every possible way from advice about preparation, to a great staging referral, well planned open houses, setting realistic expectations, and always being willing to listen to me about any issue whether large or small. It was always possible to reach her quickly by phone or text and she was efficiently on top of the details of the process the whole time. She is very professional, but also manages to keep her calm kind demeanor which is great for all the parties involved in selling a property. I would recommend her 100% to anyone buying or selling a property.
