Buyer reviewWe found Mike through a friend of ours after having dealt with 4 or 5 other brokers. Mike was by far the best we had dealt with in relation to working with our exact specifications. He helped us find a house that met our needs.

Seller reviewWe didn't really know anything of Mike except for a brief meeting with him at one of his open houses. When we decided to sell we had actually contacted an agent from another organization to have them come out and give us an idea of the value of our property. That agent was very unenthusiastic about our property and very un-encouraging about whether we'd be able to get the price we thought we should get. We called Mike and he came out with an entirely different and much more enthusiastic attitude about the situation. He maintained that enthusiasm throughout the sales process and really made a huge difference in helping us to continue on even when things seemed most bleak.

Buyer reviewAs soon as Michael Patmore became my agent he was nothing be help texting me at every moment possible. I worked nights and he would stay up to email information that was important to buying the house. I have already told my family that if they every need any thing to do with buying houses to please use Michael Patmore and his team they have been nothing but helpful he understand the situation me and my family was in and got me the paperwork needed to get me in the house I wanted.

Seller reviewWe were very pleased with how easy Michael made everything. We especially liked that he had the house sold in 2 day since I had to take the dog out of the house for showing. Thankyou Michael for all your help. Donnie was also very helpful answering any questions and explaining the offer. Overall great with the exception of the buyers delaying the close date but Michael kept us informed all the way. Michael and Donnie did a great job!
