Seller reviewMy wife and I enjoyed working with Geneva Tanner when selling our home. We were not in the state through any part of the sales process so a lot of items fell to Geneva to address and she did a great job. Our house was on the market for less than 1 week and we received an acceptable offer. The reason that we chose Geneva is because she was our agent when we bought the house 10 years ago and we enjoyed working with her then.

Buyer reviewGeneva is highly skilled and experienced at what she does. She had a vast knowledge of properties and neighborhoods spanning across both Salt Lake and Utah counties. Her only goal was to make sure we were happy with our selection in homes and was very patient with us frequently changing our minds in what we were looking for. She was very sharp in identifying potential problems in homes that we would have never noticed. Geneva is dedicated and hard working and it shows at her level of service and attention to detail. She did a fantastic job at explaining everything in ways that made sense to us. She also did an exceptional job maintaining communication while searching for homes and throughout the home buying process. I am very satisfied with Genevas performance and have already referred her to several of my friends.
