Rob & Jessica are not only my realtor for life but also my friends after working with them Their skills in all aspects of the transaction were outstanding. Their communication is top notch & on the ball with every action item that needs to be done. Rob & Jessica went above & beyond with every action that they undertook. The small detail were just as important as the large.There were issues that I would have dealt with that they handled. You're a lucky agency to have her! She is truly an amazing agent!

Buyer reviewAfter speaking with Rob and Jessica Crump the first time it was obvious they really knew the area and I felt confident they would be great to work with, even though I was still in Washington. They were open and honest and easy to talk to. Rob and Jessica did an awesome job of keeping me updated on the progress of the negotiations. They went above and beyond what I would have expected a realtor to do. They provided me with the names and numbers for local utilities and resources, which was very helpful since I was in Washington and was only able to be in Idaho twice prior to closing. They provided me with the name of a local home inspector and assisted me with getting the inspection done very quickly. Rob and Jessica also worked closely with my lender to do everything possible to keep my closing on schedule. They truly went above and beyond to make my home buying experience as easy as possible. Rob and Jessica are an exceptional team. I would highly recommend Silver Valley Syndicate to anyone looking for a realtor in the Silver Valley.
