When speaking with David, I always had the impression that he understood my goals and was looking out for my best interests. He helped me develop a strategy for preparing the house for sale (remodeling) which maximized my profit, and to determine a competitive listing price. I had an offer within two days of listing, and closed within a month. David was there to help guide my through the process every step of the way. He was always available to take calls, followed up on items needing attention, and offered great suggestions. I could not be happier with the service David offered and the results of the sale. I strongly recommend David to anyone selling a house in the area.
