We had the pleasure of working with Teresa over a 5 month period for the purchase of a home which was a short sale, as well as the sale of our home. Teresa did a wonderful job of keeping us information throughout the (very long) process and was so very generous with her time, promptly and patiently answering our questions and proactively communicating updates to us at all times. The level of service we received was superior made more challenging by the fact we were buying and selling during a Pandemic! Teresa Ryan is extremely well networked and has extensive experience in all areas of real estate, we highly recommend her without a moment of hesitation.

He was incredibly accommodating from the start so I stuck with him throughout the entire process because I felt/knew he would take care of me and understand my needs as a first time home buyer. Bill Gallos really took care of me and helped me understand all of the processes of home buying. I also did not grow up here and did not have many resources for inspections, lawyers, lenders, etc. which was helpful to have Bill assist me in finding those needs. I had a horrible experience with my first lender at Bank of America, Bill stuck by the entire lengthy process and was extremely patient. After switching to a lender at Wintrust Bank, Bill was helpful finalizing all the details.
