Seller reviewWhen I called about listing my property Olivia was available to speak with me at the time. She answered my questions to the best of her ability and then gathered all of the information needed to get the property listed as soon as possible. I appreciated the great job she did keeping me updated about showings and their results. Her follow through with anything that came up was immediate, thorough and very professional. Olivia was always on top of anything that came up. She made herself available to prospective buyers at any time necessary. She took a qenuine interest in anything that was going on in my personal life that would affect a showing, negotiation or the closing and tried to make it as convenient for me as possible. As my property was a mobile home on a lot in Pine Village it was not a conventional home sale. Olivia spent time looking into previous sales in the park to assist me to come up with my selling price. She was open to listening to me regarding where I wanted to be in pricing and was open to my wanting to counter when the buyer was under my sales price.

She is so personable and easy to work with. Olivia clearly LOVES what she does, and it shows in every interaction with her.

Seller reviewOlivia was awesome to work with, she answered all of the questions I had in a timely fashion, and always kept me on the loop about process and next steps so the process of selling my home was basically as stress free as it could have been. I'll definitely tell people to use Olivia as their realtor! She gave us tips on what we could do to make sure we sell for a price that was fair and what we were expecting. Olivia also wasn't afraid to counter offer and talk to the other agent to get us a fair closing deal that made sense for both the buyer and us!

She was also very willing to negotiate with the seller to get us what was fair. Even though the seller was not very willing to work with us on everything, Olivia still tried to get them to compromise with us and I appreciated her ability to be firm with them.
