Seller reviewSelling a home in the off-season was an endeavor that made us very anxious. But the professionalism, and market knowledge from Noelle, Sarah Padgett & her team made the whole process very seamless. Her communication with other agents, as well as with us was consistent, professional, and always very thorough. Sarah never was stumped on any of our questions. Noelle & her sold our beautiful home in half of the time than the typical current average. We very much so enjoyed working with Noelle, Sarah and her entire team and would happily recommend her to anyone who needs to sell or purchase a home!

She has excellent communication, a very helpful and responsive team and a great overall ability to be a calming help in the chaos of selling a home. This was a family estate and a lot of emotions were involved and Sarah really helped us with all of it .
