Mike Scheetz is an awesome realtor!!! He worked so hard for us and we appreciate all of his effort so very much! He is also very professional to work with as well as very kind. It's so hard to find someone you can trust and we know that we can trust Mike- we trust him so much that we have had him sell 3 houses for us and he helped us purchase a home as well. We will definitely use Mike again should we need a realtor and he will be highly recommended to our family and friends!

We used Mike Sheetz as our realtor for a cross-country move. He was recommended by a new business colleague, and we really liked his web presence. When you hire someone without meeting them, you are always taking a bit of a gamble, but we could not be more thrilled by our experience with Mike and with the home he helped us find and purchase. We were working on a very accelerated timeline (find a home in four days and close on it in three weeks). Before we even landed in Indianapolis, Mike's team had assembled a list of homes for us to review and we had narrowed down our favorites. Once we were able to see the homes in person, Mike helped us compare and contrast their features, amenities, neighborhoods, and relative value. With his help, we were able to select the perfect house for our family and get it under contract for a favorable price. He then helped us line up contractors to bid on various updates to the house, and he also helped us get all the inspection items wrapped up before closing. There were SO many details to manage, and Mike did a great job with everything. We even had to close on the house remotely due to the timing of our move, and Mike helped us find a title company that could help us. Our move and home purchase was definitely more complicated than the average one, and I'm so glad we used Mike. I don't know how we could have done it without him! On top of his excellent local knowledge and great skills as a realtor, he is one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I've ever worked with. He really went above and beyond for us, and anyone would be lucky to work with him.

Stacy Hedges was so great to work with -- patient, long suffering, positive, easy-going, understanding, always accessible, very responsive, kind, going the extra mile, prompt, getting answers right away...I could go on and on. She is one of our favorite people and a great friend to help us in a very long process. She is the BEST!!!!! We have lots of friends who are realtors, but Stacy has such a servant's heart that we've seen before when she helped us before. She needs a $RAISE!!!! Mike was a great resource to help us understand what to do to our home to market it and coached us through the listing price and strategic adjusting of the price to end up with a buyer within our 45-day contingency. We had multiple details that had to go perfect and they all worked out thanks to the grace of God and wonderful help on the part of Mike and Stacy. We will for the rest of our lives look back at this series of events as some of the most sacred moments of our lives because of what happened with these real estate transactions. This wasn't just about selling houses. We were walking on Holy Ground! We couldn't be happier!
