Tom, I can't thank you enough for your superb work in selling Mom's house. Throughout the years you gave me encouragement and sent articles that were extremely helpful and motivating. When it came time to finally list the house, you came to the property promptly, took great photos, and wrote an awesome description for the listing. I appreciated your constant updates and advice, for you really were on top of things as the sales process proceeded. You knew how to price the house properly, discuss topics with the buyer's Realtor, and assure me that the closing was going to happen with the buyer we chose. I still am amazed that we had 26 showings in less than 2 days and that the closing went as scheduled! You're a fantastic Realtor, Tom, and I appreciate all your hard work and expertise. Very professional through the entire transaction

Was available for any questions and also explaining step by step what was happening. Sold to the 1st person that looked at it and closed 2 weeks later. Because of the COVID-19 the closing was handle by a lawyer and he did it with 1 other person at the closing. No one met anybody other than their Realtor.

From the first contact with Tom, there was a sense of trust that made the selection easy for us. Tom was patient and was more of a friend going with us to open houses as we asked questions and imagined our life in each house. He gave honest and true opinions and facts about everything. Tom was the man for the job. We were new home buyers and with Tom's help, we found the house for our family to grow in. He followed up with us daily and was timely with our requests. It was much easier than imagined with all the great help we had working on our deal.
