Seller reviewThis is the second house we bought and second we've sold with Tom Segers, plus he gave us some tips in a for sale by owner situation previously. We truly appreciate how much he cares about us as a family. He notices what we need and want. He sets us up to succeed both in buying and selling. We loved that his priorities were set well.....we were second only to God and family, which is just how it should be. We felt very valued! This was a hard sale, we think. We got it on the market Labor Day weekend, so after the best time to sell. We had already moved, so the house was empty. There were a lot of updates needed that we were not able to make. And yet, the house sold in less than three months. We are very grateful. We would definitely use Tom Segers again and we will continue to recommend him to our friends.

Seller reviewI was referred to Tom Segers from a mortgage broker I had used when purchasing other properties in the past. Tom went above and beyond to help get this deal finalized. I was unable to be there in person due to attending school five hours away. Tom always kept me informed on the latest developments in getting this to completion. I highly recommend Tom to any person who needs a realtor who truly cares about his clients. Tom exhibited extreme patience in dealing with any situations that arose during the pendency of this sale.

Buyer reviewI was searching for a realtor that wasn't a "part time" realtor, with my work schedule I needed to be able to reach a realtor at random times of the day/week. I had dealt with some extremely incompetent realtors is the past while helping a relative sell a property. While searching online I found Tom, he was a full time realtor with many years experience, and there were several positive online reviews for him as well, which was a plus. I would use Tom again if I were to buy another place.
