I was unable to be there in person due to attending school five hours away. Tom always kept me informed on the latest developments in getting this to completion. I highly recommend Tom to any person who needs a realtor who truly cares about his clients. Tom exhibited extreme patience in dealing with any situations that arose during the pendency of this sale.

Buyer reviewI was searching for a realtor that wasn't a "part time" realtor, with my work schedule I needed to be able to reach a realtor at random times of the day/week. I had dealt with some extremely incompetent realtors is the past while helping a relative sell a property. While searching online I found Tom, he was a full time realtor with many years experience, and there were several positive online reviews for him as well, which was a plus. I would use Tom again if I were to buy another place.
