Buyer review????? for Ryne Shadday! I am very thankful that I was connected with Ryne by a mutual friend! As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was doing (spoiler alert: I still don't). Ryne was so patient and took the time to answer every question I had. He made sure that I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. Seller reviewRyne knew exactly how much communication I preferred and what was required from start to finish. Highly impressed with our price point discussion, and in the end, the suggested price. Although I was overly cautious, and slightly skeptical, he knew exactly where we needed to be! I've never sold a home at asking price but Ryne changed this. An absolutely pleasure to work with he and Josh!
