Pam told us she was more interested in finding us a home versus selling us a house. I truly believe she meant that and it shows in her dedication to the client. Pam is a wonderful person and a great realtor...and I have never really liked realtors...especially the ones who open one door and make $17,000.00. Pam was so good to us and our kids while we were house hunting that we consider her a friend. She had an entire snack bar set up in her vehicle to make sure we (especially the kids) we comfortable. We only dealt with Pam. Pam does not need any help. She knows exactly what she is doing.

Pam clearly brings a very expansive real estate background to the table. She knows when and where to apply pressure and when to to take action in order to prevent delays. She is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and get directly involved in all aspects of the sale and marketing plan. She is also your agent 24/7 until your property closes.

Pam was great at walking us through the entire process. She was responsive to our requests and was available whenever text'd or called. She worked with my lender to ensure the process was progressing and the title company which resulted in a HUD being available 5 days before the closing date. She was very helpful in providing appropriate contacts to get estimates for repairs. She worked with the listing realtor to provide terms to get us the house on the first day of showing and get the offer accepted with other showing scheduled for later that day and we did not have to go into a multiple bid situation.

After meeting Pam for the first time, we knew immediately that we were in great hands. Moving from out of town is never easy but Pam made the entire process a breeze. She was very knowledgeable about the local area as well as the housing market. Pam was respectful, courteous, and professional throughout the process and she made us feel very comfortable. We loved how she allowed us the time and space to make decisions yet she would offer valuable advice and insight when we needed it. We would strongly recommend Pam to any friends/family in the future.

Our experience with Pam Earnest couldn't have been better. We did lots of searching on our own but never came across most of the properties she found for us. She listened to all of our requests and didn't bat an eye when we would end up changing them (ie, we kept flip flopping on areas, pool versus no pool, etc). She was a real pleasure to work with and very professional and organized. We never felt that she was trying to push us into anything or pressure us, which was very important to us. We were new to to Ft Worth so it was wonderful working with someone who was so knowledgeable about so many areas. We would highly recommend Pam to anyone. Thank you Pam!!!
