Seller reviewOver the passed 6-8 years we have listed the property (duplex) with two other Real Estate Brokers, and both times took the house off the market, because of inactivity. With Brian Samia, we had two offers on our property within a little after a week of signing the listing agreement, and one of those offers resulted in the sale. Our asking price was also the sale price. The sale was consummated a little after a month of listing with Samia Realty. It was refreshing to deal with Brian. We have bought and sold many properties in our business, mostly in the 70's and 80's. Our experience with Samia Realty and Brian Samia reminded us of the professionalism and ethical values of doing business "back in the day".
