I have used Stacey before. When it came time to sell the family home my brothers had their idea for a realtor, one was going to do this for far less. After showing my family concerns about other realtors, I showed them the positives about stacey. 1 she has made a name for herself in the community, she has a network and knows who is looking for what. 2 webpage, (there is an area to improve there.)3. Connected to zillow, realtor.com etc. So the marketing is there. 4. I prefer the brown signs over the white and blue. Lol;) stacey is detailed, she works with you. It was easy with her as my brothers wanted a higher initially, I believe she and I knew we would get much less in the end but, it was nice on my side of this situation. From beginning to end the house was sold in about 3 months. She was always there. She is like a visa card, she is everywhere you need her. Thanks She works hard. I believe she is a honest hard working sincere, positive person. I may not have understood everything with the paperwork but she was kind about it. Selling is stressful, selling the family homestead was difficult, I couldn't have done it without here. I didn't need to ask for much, she was pretty much on top of everything. My hands have been full she took away this burden, giving me time to work on other thing. Thanks, stay kind, selling is stressful. The website could use a tweek. Once it is off new listing, hard to find properties. People had mention also that they were looking for lake property and couldnt find available lake properties so they went to zillow to look.
